Where is the save game directory for Pool of Radiance? I have Windows 10 if that makes a difference.

The savegames are right in the game directory. It`s called Poolrad and a subdir of "Pools of Radiance"

Where games save is actually configurable. It's the 3rd or 4th line of POOL.CFG. Sometimes it's helpful to mount a virtual floppy drive in DOSBOX and save games to that for the purposes of character transfers between games.
