I recently got FEAR since on the store page it said 7gigs worth of space but when I tried to install the game on gog galaxy, it said it needed to install around 17gigs which I don't have the space for on my laptop at all, is there anyway I can install the game without expansion packs or do I need to install them altogether and remove the expansion packs from the files?

It's a little late, but when you install FEAR Platinum, it automatically installs all 3 games. If you install off the offline installers, it might give you more flexibility.

Other than that, you can check in Galaxy if there's an option to just install FEAR 1, but I don't think there is.

For reference: it doesn't. It's an all-in-one installer.
