looked everywhere, in appdata and the fallout 2 folder, Want to edit them, How do?

If they're not in /data/savegame/ or the appdata folder, then do a search for SLOT01, SLOT02, etc, as that's how the saves are named. The search should find them. Inside the slot folder should be a proto subfolder, save.dat, and a bunch of *.sav files.
