I'm having Tandi show up in Shady Sands right at the game's start. The interesting thing is that no one mentions anything regarding her, except that Katrina (woman at the entrance) has a single option where you ask her where to find Tandi, without anyone even mentioning her. Anyone else had that issue?

Its some time ago last I played but I think thats normal. IIRC shes gone when you re-visit the town after doing a quest or two.

Yeah, Tandi always shows up in Shady Sands until you leave and spend sometime away. Either that or she's set to get kidnapped after a certain amount of time, so she wouldn;t be there if you took a long time getting there for some reason.

She's supposed to be in Shady Sands until the Raider quest is triggered. I'm not certain if the trigger is time or quest completion though.

Yeah, I noticed that too, I believe that Katrina's dialogue is bugged. I wonder if modders had ever intended on fixing that. There are a lot of bugs left I've found, even after the patches.
