After trying to install FO2 Restoration Project but repeatedly running into "Error Loading Cities" at startup, I noticed that sfall actually wasn't working at all. I tested three versions of sfall in FO2, including the one coming with GOG installation, the one from the Unofficial patch and the latest version of it by trying to edit the versionstring, and also the one on FO1 with FIXT patch by editing mouse sensitivity. None of the editing did anything to the games. Has anybody experienced similar problem and know how to fix it? My OS is Win7 32bit.
