She says she lent it to Derek, but I can't find it. I found Derek, but he's no use. I've read online that's its on the ground in the east side of town in one of 4 locations...
* In the graveyard, just east of the church.
* In the outhouse north of the Hole.
* Behind a wall just southwest of the car behind Metzger's.
* Beside a barrel south of the graveyard.
...and still, I can't find the damn thing. Any suggestions? Seems like it'd be easy XP, but it ain't working out that way.

I appreciate the advice, but its not working out for me. Easy XP or not, I give up on it. I'll just wander the uncharted world & kill some stuff in the caverns for the XP instead.

Or if you're tired of looking just quicksave before entering the area after taking a quest. The game spawns the book randomly so after a few tries you should find it in the outhouse. Just check everytime and if it's not there reload.
