I tried to upgrade my skills and I cant because its some how move to the right, if you can look at the image you will see a black line to the left of the monitor,

But the point is, IS THERE A WAY TO FIX IT IM TRYING TO PLAY THE BEST RPG EVER BUT I CANT BECAUSE MY MONITOR OR THE GAME IS ACTING STUPID SOMEONE HELP
