I really want to get into Fallout 1 but the interface is really trying its hardest to stop me. I'm finding it difficult to get to grips with it and was wondering if anyone knew of any mods to improve it? I've had a look and can't find any.

The only thing I can think of is Sfall.

It doesn't change much but it allows you to assign a function to the middle mouse button and more importantly use the mouse wheel to scroll through menus including your backpack.
