I re-installed my copy of Fallout 1 yesterday patched it and modded it with these patches...
In this order:
TeamX patch 1.2
TeamX patch 1.2.4
TeamX NPC mod
High Resolution patch 3.02
I have the game set up in my monitors resolution of 1280x720 and with a color of 32. Now a few months ago I didn't have this problem of just the cursor being slow (I have the mouse sensitivity turned all the way up in-game). Right now I haven't even gotten out of the Vault 13 cave.
Here was I know about my PC:
AMD Athlon II X2 250u processor 1.60GHz
4Gb RAM
Nivida GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 128 MB VRAM (I think)
Windows 7 64x Home Premium
My Video card is up-to-date. Highest DX level.
