It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I've recently been trying to play fallout 2 on my iMac through Galaxy. I'm able to get the game running, but if I ever try use something in my inventory on something else and I click on nothing, it makes an error message pop up in Wine and I'm unable to continue playing.

What happens specifically is three error windows pop up on top of each other. The first two get blocked quickly so I can't read them, but the one that I can read says

"The instruction at 0049c3de referenced memory at beefcb62"
"The memory could not be read from"

"Click on OK to terminate the application"

I've restarted and reinstalled the game a few times but it hasn't worked. I also tried installing it on my computer without Galaxy, but the error still happens. It doesn't really impair my ability to play the game, but it is annoying. Some help would be much appreciated.

What version of Wine are you running?

What emulation mode are you running in Wine?

Which mods have you installed?

Why are you using a Mac? (jk)
