It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

This has just happened to me too. Hopefully it shows up again soon.
I'm backing them up right now and suggest anyone else with them in their library do the same thing.

I'm a bit bothered by this and the fact GOG hasn't replied to this yet.

I thought we 'owned' games we 'purchased' here? Is that no longer true?
I made mine reappear for a while.

Try this:
In Shelf mode hide all your games
Refresh the page (F5)
Then use the account Library refresh link https://www.gog.com/user/refresh
Then unhide your games

This seems to make the game reappear for me whenever it dissapears.

Not shure if it works for anyone else. But feel free to try it out.

EDIT:
Tested and it is still possible to download Fallout even if it doesn't show on your shelf as long as you type in the download link manually.

Not shure if I'm allowed to share the link as a temporary workaround.

But just in case I checked if the link allowed you to download the game without being logged in and it doesn't. But id rather get the go ahead from GOG just in case so I don't get banned.

EDIT 2:
Also I can't check if this allows people who haven't purchased Fallout, but do have a GOG.com account to be able to download it. Wich is also a strong reason why I won't share the link unless specificly allowed by GOG to do so.

This whole post is irrelevant. See post 27 in this thread. Also, the download link does not point towards the actual file and is useless to anyone who isn't logged into an account that has purchased/unlocked the game.
The same thing has been happening to me for weeks now. Would really like a response from one of the GOG guys on this -- Fallout is gone from my library, again, right now. I expect it to come back (it has every time) but it's kinda frustrating.
Just noticed my copy of Fallout is gone as well.

Nothing in the thread helped.

Hope it's permanently fixed soon.

Edit: It's back. For now...

Just checked today and mine has gone as well...

EDIT: aaaand now is back. I tried the manual refresh and 'maybe' that solved the issue... for now.

Yeah, mine has gone...
Where is my fallout? Why is it missing?
In the same boat here guys, I'd already sent support a message about it before I found this thread, but it's good to know that gog has addressed the issue.
Same here,

I sent a message to support.
Mine is gone again...

So they still haven't fixed the issue.

Edit: It's back again.

As a temporary workaround here are the direct links to download Fallout using the GOG.com downloader if it is missing on your shelf these links work even if the game is missing on your shelf.

You need to be logged in to your account on GOG.com website and the GOG.com downloader for these to work

Copy and paste links in the address bar of your browser for some reason the links get broken if I make them links

Main Game Windows:
gogdownloader://fallout/installer_win_en

Main Game Download Mac:
gogdownloader://fallout/installer_mac_en

EDIT: this last link breaks in the forum for some reason delete the added spaces after pasteing the link in the address bar

Bonus Content Both Versions
gogdownloader://fallout/8663,fallout/8673,fallout/8683,fallout/8693,fallout/8703,fallout/8713,fallout/8 723,fal lout/8733,fallout/8743
