What will happen here? Will Bethesda immediately pull them, or continue to sell them? Hopefully the latter, but wasn't this place named as co-plantiff in the legal case Bethesda made against Interplay?

I dunno. I hope GOG can continue to sell them, but that's up to Bethesda. We shall see, all we can do.
Well Bethesda is pretty much married with Steam and I've read that Bethesda tried every trick in their disposal to hinder Interplay's ability to sell the original Fallout games so it does not look very good.
I have all interesting Interplay games already so personally there is no loss. I might grab some in a christmas sale to have something to bargain with.

Apart from that that is the way the business goes. We cannot change it, I guess.
In the best case scenario, Bethdesda will keep the games here, but they will be the ones raking in the money instead of Interplay on all purchases past that date. I'll be pissed off if the games actually get pulled from GOG.
Are you sure? Where's the source of this info? Or its just a rumor? How you can assure this will happen?
It's not a rumor. This was part of the terms in a long legal battle that Bethesda had with Interplay.

Such a shame Bethesda outbid Troika for the Fallout license...
Has it been announced that gog.com will stop selling the fallout series? (they'll probably make an announcement closer to date)
I'd really like to know, because I'm hoping for a sale on FO2 and FT before they are removed from gog.com.

Maybe when they are gone, bethesda will relist them here at gog.com.

GOG tends to report such things few days before they happen at most, sometimes the moment they remove the games. It's pretty much up to new owners to decide if and when such things can be so ball's in bethesda's hands. GOG can only try to get to an agreement with them before worse comes to worse. Wether or not games will be on sale before years end is up to interplay althought right changing hands should encourage them to try to squeese as much out of the franchise as they can before they lose it.
I assume (hope) this doesn't remove it from the library of those who have purchased it...

... or should I be downloading it all to squirrel away?
high rated
Wouldn't it be nice if as one last stick it to Bethesda - Interplay gave all three away for free during the month of December on GOG ;-)

I'd download it all just to be safe. Ideally it won't be removed from download completely but they aren't that big of a download and should fit on a flash drive or DVD quite nicely.

But there is more of a chance that Bethesda will give the games away as a free download on their site.

I doubt it. The fallout series still makes sales, unlike the first 2 The Elder Scrolls games... those two are free now.
But one can all ways hope!
