This character had an intelligence of 9, so not dumb in any sense, and a charisma of 3 or so. I forgot to take note of the time of day of the meeting; I wonder if I could force the situation from an old save.

5 o'clock, exactly like the upset citizens say, in Theresa's room. It's nothing spectacular, but it's kind of a cool little something, and awfully strange I never really pursued it properly before.
