I just saw this game on GOG and refunded my purchase on Steam, so I could get this game DRM-free.
But when I logged in on the website and tried to download my game, the offline installer page was blank and I can't access my game now. Does anyone else have similar problem?
I'm having the same problem. Maybe it's just a temporary bug?
I also can confirm that this same thing is happening to me. Purchased the game, but just get a blank window when I click on it in my library. No download links or any other info, really. Strange. And very annoying. I don't have Galaxy so don't know if it's available on there. Would appreciate anyone who can let us know if it can be downloaded through Galaxy or not.
When the offline installer becomes downloadable, let me know.

Looks like a very nice game, but I won't buy what I can't play.

I suggest you buy it elsewhere. Steam, for example. You shouldn't suffer inconveinences because of GOG's incompetence.

Download is available now.
Problem has been resolved, but seriously, putting a game on sale while it's not yet available for download, how is that serious ? And don't tell me "But it's on Galaxy !", so what, now Galaxy has become mandatory ? Like, only Galaxy users can download the game earlier and get timely updates ? This is probably the most worrisome thing, since it feels less and less DRM free here. We already have DRMed multiplayer, which is more than enough...

Maybe it's just me but when I buy a game, I want to have a game. I don't want those self-proclaimed "useful" clients that come along, always with a price. Updates to a game ? I'll download them. Multiplayer ? Give me a LAN option. I don't have a problem with the principle of online multiplayer, it's just that it has become a way to push other things down our throats. So, no.
Pretty sure that waiting 22h to download a game is surmontable.
With a 56k modem it takes 30hours to download this game...

The wait to play a game is priceless ;)

You missed the point.

Of course one can wait, I usually consider up to a week delay (but no more) between Steam and GOG updates to be acceptable, but here we're speaking of a game being sold while it's not yet available. Such things exist and are called preorders but have to be advertised as such, otherwise it's called cheating. And don't tell me it's soo difficult to 1) have the game available on the servers for download, and 2) sell the game. It's the correct order, and it's a matter of respect for the customers. Heck, GOG didn't even apologise or bother saying anything...
It was a bug that lasted less than a day. Jesus Christ. I shudder to think what some of you people would do if your internet went out for a day or two.

I think mistakes happen and are a fact of life, but that's a fair point. A quick apology would have been appropriate here. There was a big of a breakdown in communication.

Then again, its the weekend. I guess someone got called in to handle this, quickly resolved it and then went back to enjoying their weekend.

We don't know what it was, and that's a big part of the problem. Let alone an apology, nobody cared to inform.

Agreed, at this point, let's assume this was it. But I felt the need to express a clear view on this issue, should it become a habit. I have a scenario in mind, one where only Galaxy users would get timely updates, while others would have to wait an undefined amount of time.
