I just installed the game. Right Shift doesn't move the right flipper. Left flipper works just fine with left Shift.
I tried several other keys but to no avail.

I'm on Windows 10 Professional Japanese OS with Japanese keyboard. Usually Japanese keyboard works just fine with any games (I've been playing games for 20 yrs so I'm pretty sure there's a workaround.)

Any suggestions?

Perhaps you can go into control panel > languages > keyboard input and add the US keyboard layout.

Thanks, tried it and it works! Odd thing is, it still works after changing back to JP layout... Anyway thank you for a suggestion!
