Unfortunately, the 2.0 patch seems to break the Lunar Corporation's "Convoy" mission in The Moon Project Campaign. That mission requires you to build laser walls to guide AI units around land mines, relying on a small group of pre-built power plants. This worked when LC power plants had unlimited range, but patch 2.0 limited it, so the mission is now impossible to beat as originally intended. :-(

Also, anybody got a link to a community patch?
I'm having the same problem. I'm hoping that by commenting here it'll grab someone's attention.

This guy figured out how to do it in an alternative way.

You can still complete "Convoy" even though they've hamstringed the power grid. First, complete "Carpates" - this grants you the Unit Transporter as a buildable unit. Now, when you start "Convoy" block their route down the canyon with the Lazer Wall structures. You'll need roughly twenty to close the pass. Once you're satisfied, build 1-6 Unit Transporters at the Main Base and airlift the Fatgirls home. Just remember to "Place" them, not drop 'em.

Edit: Sorry Fonzer, I didn't see your reply. Thanks for the answer.
