Where are save games located? I would like to backup my saves and port them to another PC.

If you're running Windows 7, and you installed Dungeon Keeper to the default (C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) for 64-bit Windows 7), then the save game files will be in C:\Users\<your user profile name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\GOG.com\Dungeon Keeper\SAVE
Thanks!
I have a problem (Win7) when I try to save a game. The first time it saved the game fine, but thereafter won't let me. I get an 'Information' window with 'Unknown Error'.
I can click on either the first (and only) saved game or an unused slot, type in a name and then get the error.
Can you help please?
I have an issue when I try to save that causes a crash to desktop. Any thoughts?

Just looked there. The VirtualStore folder was empty. Running Dungeon Keeper II underWindows 7 x64. Save folder in the game folder(.\Data\Saves) and config folder (.\Data\Saves) do not seem to contain campaign progress as seen from my experiment for Save games sync.
