Dungeon Keeper (1) definitely has a Mac version. I'm playing it right now.Just go to My Games, click on Dungeon Keeper Gold and next to My Game: there are two tabs, one for the Windows installer and another one for the Mac version.
Check the attached image if you're having trouble finding it.

I haven't tested this personally, but I believe you can play DKII on Mac using Wine or Crossover.
Aside from having a Boot Camp Windows installation, your other options are VMware and Parallels.
Dungeon Keeper II wasn't developed for Mac OS X, nor has there ever been a port.
Dungeon Keeper I uses DOSBox so it works perfectly across all platforms.
