Hello all, finally decided to bring up this game I enjoyed so much as a kid.
I've been reading and I have seen some comments on KeeperFX that conflict with each other.
So my question is: Is KeeperFX ABSOLUTELY required to play Dungeon Keeper from GOG or are there exceptions/does it only count for who owns the original CD/there other ways?
I'm on a Windows 7 64bit.
Thanks in advance.

It is NOT required. GOG's version is bundled with DOSBox and will play straight outta the box. Resolution is 320x240, but that can be bumped up to 640x480 if you press alt+r in-game.

You can read what KeeperFX does by reading the relevant sticky on this game forum.
