I know that a cheat console can be called by pressing: CTRL+ALT+C
However, i cannot get this to work.

So, my question... Is cheating disabled in this version?
And if so, how is it enabled?

If you must know, i only cheat to learn the game.

GOG Dungeon keeper 2 is the exact same as the Retail Dungeon keeper 2 install
The only different being the GOG one comes patched with ver 1.7

Yes they are enabled and work the same

No I don't see a problem with you needing them, the game actually has good replay value so you'll gradually ween yourself off those crutches

If your cheats doesn't work you have to change keyboard layout to ENG (English).
Ofkorz still remember to press together CTRL+ALT+C and put cheats with spaces :)

BTW nobody316 worst answer and solution ever ;)

I cannont seem to even bring the input box if any up at all, I hear the sound of a stone door creaking but I see no input box to use it. do I have to hold in sequence or all at once?

Because there is no input box.

1. Make sure that you keyboard layout is set to English
2. Press CTRL+ALT+C (then you will hear sound)
3. Put cheats with spaces "in the air" because there is no any input box - show me the money - to get money

well when i press control +alt + c .. it takes me right out of the game

just do the alt cltr and C thing and immediately type out the code with spaces in between the words and don't worry if the camera moves around that's part of it.
