Hey. I'm using Skulldog's Duke 3D DOSBox launcher (link:http://forums.duke4.net/topic/3909-duke-nukem-3d-dosbox-launcher-frontend/) and installed Duke 3D Atomic Edition along w/ Duke it out in D.C., Duke Caribbean: Life's a Beach, and Duke Nukem: Nuclear Winter.

I looked in the Duke DC and Duke Caribbean folders for the user.con files but they're not there anywhere. :-/ Could someone make a .zip/.rar w/ the V1.5 (Atomic Edition) DCUSER.CON & CBUSER.CON files? I needed them so I can tweak the ammo count to balance my game play experience I see fit. Thanks I appreciate it.
Nevermind this post. I've managed to get those con files. But I'm using Skulldog's Duke 3d DOSBox launcher. But I need help on how you change the user.con files in both Duke Caribbean & Duke it out in D.C. embedded in the GRP files. I'll have to make a new topic about it soon.

you need to use a program to extract the files from the grp, edit them, then re-package them back into the grp

xGroup is fairly simple to use & works on most modern windows based operating systems afaik

Thank you so much for this sir! I managed to edit the CON file of both Caribbean & DC.

BTW (off-topic not relating to Duke) I tried to edit the Shadow Warrior GRP by editing the ammo count but when I tried to put the SwCustom.txt file in the GRP file. When I load the game up. The ammo count didn't change. :( I'm I doing something wrong or what?
beyond my knowledge

you could go to the Duke4 forum and ask there. even though it's a duke nukem site, they field shadow warrior questions (if you ask in the right thread)

i suggest using this one:
