I'm running Duke Nukem 3D - Atomic Edition through eDuke32, and when I paste my screenshot in MS PAINT, it looks weird.

eDuke32 has an In built screen-shot utility. The F12 key is the default key for its activation.

It saves as .TGA in the games directory.
