When I try to load certain levels it crashes, most do. It only happens when I have both the polymer and high res textures enabled. Otherwise it works fine if I only have either polymer or high res enabled. How can I get both running at the same time?

This is the error from the log file:

if i had to guess, turn models off under the video options and see if that helps

an eduke32 question should be asked at the duke4.net forum. you'll get a better answer there.

It didn't work but thanks anyway, I'll try there at some point.

I can use both the high res textures and polymer thanks to Helixhorned's workaround. The command is entered in the console and it is R_PR_LIGHTING. I turned off the lighting at the starting screen then once the level had started I opened the console and turned it back on. So at least it kind of works now, hopefully one of the developers can patch this up somehow. I have to be careful though to turn it off every time a new level is about to start which includes after I die otherwise it crashes which kind of sucks...
