Sorry if this has been asked/solved already, couldn't find it using the search function. So I just downloaded Duke 3D from GoG and also downloaded HRP with eDuke, and at the game menu there's a "how to order" option and eDuke also states that my version is a shareware version when it obviously isn't.

Also when I quit the game there's some teasers about the full version: shrink gun etc.

How to get rid of this and/or change my version to the retail one?

Thanks!

Did you copy duke3d.grp and duke.rts files from GOG installation to eduke32-folder overwriting files there? As far as I remember eduke32+HRP-combination (from HRP-site) comes with shareware-files in place so downloaders can test it without having full version.

Also, it works otherway around too so if you installed eduke32+hrp over GOG installation's folder, those fullversion files probably got overwritten with shareware-files.

Hope this helps!
