I have tried everything to fix it but all Duke will not move all he dose is look up and down that is it nothing else

I suggest using the source port called Eduke32. A source ports replaces the game engine which often improves graphics, sounds, controls, etc.

Eduke32 requires the original game files. It just replaces the rendering, sound, and input of the old game. It also makes it so that it no longer requires dosbox.
