Hello.

My Duke Nukem 3D works a bit strangely. The game works fine, no fps drop or anything like that. But the sound lags. So I shoot, silence, after 1 sec the shoot sound plays. This applies to every sound in DN3D, expect the music.
Nevermind, figured it out. The blocksize in Dosbox config was too high, I lowered it to 512.

However, new problem: the sound effects are worse than it should be. Like if it was set to low quality. Even eDuke32 and my old DN3D copy does this. Why?
For DosBox the lower sound quality is due to you using too small of a blocksize for your computer to handle. You have to try to find a sweet spot that's not too delayed but has decent quality.

I have no idea why eDuke32 would have sound issues though.

It doesn't work. The sound is still have a lower quality than it should be, like the pistol's shot sound and RPG equip sound is "not clear". Also eDuke32 has the same issue, so this is not a DosBox problem.
