I've wanted to play the three Duke 3D expansions for a good while now, but they're all fairly pricey for even used copies. I just made a page on the community wishlist for Duke 3D Nuclear Winter, and I'll provide links for all three below so everybody can vote. Seriously, these expansions look sweet and GOG could use them!

Nuclear Winter: http://www.gog.com/en/wishlist/games/duke_nukem_nuclear_winter

Caribbean: http://www.gog.com/en/wishlist/games/duke_nukem_caribbean_lifes_a_beach

Duke it out in DC: http://www.gog.com/en/wishlist/games/duke_nukem_3d_duke_it_out_in_dc

Please vote everybody, it'd be awesome if GOG could make this happen for us Duke fans! :D
I agreed

Also please support Shadow Warrior

This game is very similar to Duke Nukem 3D

Thank You.

Bumping this, since this is a must. They should use the Kill-A-Ton Collection for this.

Definate bump! I want my coconut launcher ;)
I didn't even know a Caribbean episode existed... but now I can't get "Let's go surfing now, everybody's learning how, come on, it's a party with meee" out of my head.
duke it out in DC was awesome... as was Shadow Warrior, but sadly no one knows about the Lo Wang :(
whats blocking the ad on packs coming to gog.com is the fact that the holding corp who owns sunstorm assets is not relinquishing them for sale. Apogee does not own the packs they only approved that they could be sold as adon packs.
This may sound far-fecthed, but maybe we could start a petition or spam the owners of Sunstorm with emails to try to get the expansions? Seriously, I'm dying to play them.

Then you would need to spam Atari if memory serves as I recall Sunstorm was picked up by GT interactive who in turn was bought up by Atari
Yeah, like Atari's likely to care. Unfortunately, for now the expansions are stuck in legal limbo, so the only way to play them is to buy them for exuberant prices on eBay. If you're really desperate.

There's also the *ahem* other way of acquiring them, of course.

I'm guessing what's keeping them from coming to GOG is, like with the EA expansions, "legal and licensing issues". Presumably these were developed by outside companies, and the rights are now murkily lost. :/

Personally, I'd suggest just torrenting them if Amazon/eBay prices really are outrageous. If you can't find a torrent, people should pool their money together, buy one, then put it up on a torrent. ;)

well the only way for then to come to GOG.com would be for Apogee Software LTD. D.B.A 3D realms to acquire them from atari like they had to do to get DNMP back for sale and ported to xbox live arcade. the 90's era sunstom folded and atari owns the rights to the packs since GT interactive was bought by infograms now called atari after they aquired hasbro's video game arm who owned the trademarks for home systems.the packs are not noteworthey enough to recover since they are not Cannon to the Duke timeline like the blood pack was. effectively they were portfolio projects for emerging game programmers and demoed haw extensable the build engine was. the beach babes in Caribbean were reprogrammed from the Assault Captain code in to an npc.
