I remember there being a way to play DN3D in "comic book 3D", that is, a way to change the display so you can view it with those glasses with one red lens and one blue lens. Googling brings up a few mentions of this, but I can't find out how you turn it on, if it indeed exists. Anyone remember?
With EDuke32, type r_redbluemode 1 into the console to enable it.
The original engine did have support for the at the time fad 3d glasses for the pc the support was dropped in the final builds that gog.com sells.

Yeah, this is why it was added to EDuke32, the game had the source code in it but it was disabled so the only way you can see Duke Nukem 3D with the 3D Glasses mode is either to use the LameDuke alpha version or EDuke32.
