I submitted a support ticket regarding the missing ROG key, 5 days ago. I only have the original game installed, and the new updaters won't accept my old serial number from GOG.

Did everyone here get an answer from support? How long should it take?

Did you at least get the automated response? If not, check your spam folders. If you did, I would contact them again as it's unusual to not have heard back yet.
