For the PC version, is a controller required? I just saw this in the description: - Tired of your mouse and keyboard? Get full controller support for one and two players on all major platforms (PC, Mac, Linux)

Can I still use a keyboard/mouse if I want? Please say yes! I really want to buy the game, especially since the GOG voting promotion is going on.

No. In single player, or LAN / online multiplayer, you can use either the keyboard/mouse or controller (there are separate UIs for each).

Local split screen co-op is only supported with 2 controllers (though technically it is the controller UI that is required, and it it is possible to use a virtual gamepad (at least in Windows) to get the keyboard working as a gamepad, though obviously restricted to that functionality).

This is great! I always prefer a keyboard and mouse. Thank you so much for the reply, especially as a developer who takes a personal interest in the forums! The game has been purchased and is now in my library!!!
