Hi guys!
I was wondering if I could run this game or not on my laptop.
My laptop's specs are:

CPU - Intel i7-3537U 2.00GHz
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GT 735M
RAM - 12GB

I wanted to make sure I can run that game before buying, since my GPU isn't that good.

You can.
Even GTX 560 can run that.
Although it will be around 20 fps on minimum quality. Use FPS cap.
Aaand too many cursed surfaces on screen will drop fps even lower. that thing is breaking 4th wall in many aspects, yes.

While I don't disagree that he can run it, it's barely with minimum settings, due to that GPU which is below the minimum specs

Minimum system requirements - Windows: 7 SP1 / 8.1 / 10 (64-bit only)
Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 550 or ATI™ Radeon™ HD 6XXX or higher
DirectX: Version 11
Storage: 25 GB available space

The numbers can be confusing, this isn't a GTX 7 Series, it's a GT 735M, a different class of card.

Performance
Depending on the clock rate, the performance of the GT 735M is somewhere between the GT 640M LE and the GT 640M. In particular, the narrow memory interface limits the performance significantly. Current games (as of 2013) can thus be played fluently only in low or medium settings. In older titles, there are also reserves for higher quality levels.

Gaming Boss gives some comparisons to the minimum Desktop GTX's
Gaming
GeForce GTX 560 = No Data
GeForce GTX 650 = 6.4
GeForce GTX 550 Ti = 6.1
GeForce GT 735M = 5.2
Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, Bioshock Infinite and 21 more

Graphics
GeForce GTX 560 = 6.4
GeForce GTX 650 = 5.7
GeForce GTX 550 Ti = 5.7
GeForce GT 735M = 5.4
T-Rex, Manhattan, Cloud Gate Factor, Sky Diver Factor and 1 more

It can clearly be seen this card isn't cutting it, and the biggest issues for modern games is it's clock speed, and VRAM.
575 MHz, and 2 GB DDR3

It's worth pointing out Minimum Specs, are about what the devs provide support for, not what can actually run the game.
With such a borderline situation though, even for a dedicated GOG user, like myself, I would get the game on Steam.
At least to take advantage of the 2 hour refund policy.

If the game runs on the Laptop, you can still refund it, and get it from GOG, if you want.

Simple fact is, eventhough it's got an i7, and decent RAM, itr's got an inadequate GPU, for any modern VRAM intensive game.
if it can't run DOS2, there's little new it will ever run, as DOS2 isn't a GPU intensive title.
