First time posting so feel free to call me out on my mistakes / conduct in these forums.

I bought the game and have tried to install the Torch Mod

I install the game in my GoG Games folder and run the game in "Classic" mode.
I start the game and alt+cntl+delete and access the task managaer (cause I can't alt+tab from the game itself) then I run the "InjectorConsole.exe" as administrator followed by running the "Inject.bat" file but am given the message:

"Failed to open process"

I then proceed to install it in my C: drive under C:/Diablo and get the same problem.

Am I the only one experiencing this?

Thank you in advance for all the responses.

you don't need to run "InjectorConsole.exe" first, just run inject.bat outright. of course you need to set admin rights for InjectorConsole.exe in its properties (right click it).

also only run inject.bat after you create a game and enter into town, then alt-tab. you can copy the Diablo.exe from DX to classic folder (make a backup just in case), for some reason you can then alt-tab on classic.

Copied the non run as admin .exe from the dx folder to the main Diablo folder as you said and now I can alt+Tab no problem.

As for the main issue, thank you that solved my problem!

Had to boot up the game, load my character into town, start "Inject.bat" and worked like a charm. I did not need to start "InjectorConsole.exe"

Hopefully this post will help someone with the same issue in the future.

Props to you svfn!
