The questline won't continue after talking to Stanton Dowd for the first time. It's my second playthrough so I know the chopper should arrive on top of the 'Ton Hotel, but it doesn't.

Problem is, I can't use level skip cheats either because it resets my skill points, augs, stats, inventory and everything. I'm using GMDX for this playthrough, not sure if this reset happens in vanilla.

Any idea what I could do?

I recall having the same issue once or twice in the past. I *think* I resolved it just by reloading my save from the start of the level and playing it again. If that doesn't help, it's possible that there's some trigger point on the map that you have to walk through. I'd run around the inside of the ruined osgood & sons building, outside it, then through the park, past the hospital & bar maybe.

I'll try running around again. All my saves are made after talking to him... xD

It's also funny: I was only able to trigger the big enemy ambush by walking toward the subway station. Aren't they supposed to attack while you're still inside Osgood & Sons?

That's either a timer, or another trigger point. I think it's a trigger point. I think Jock is supposed to warn you about them before they actually spawn. IIRC you can actually see them spawn if you're at just the right spot.

I got it! I didn't realize I had to go see Smuggler. It was a secondary objective, so I thought it was optional. But after visiting, the quest triggered again and I was able to exit the map.
