Taking the liberty to quote Sander until he arrives at these boards himself:

Often, bugs will be very obvious: Things like a unit driving through a wall or a weapon missing a sound, for example.

In other cases, bugs will be more obscure, or hard to explain. To aid us and yourself in figuring out what is actually going on, it can help greatly if you format your reports in an easy to understand way, and very clear way. The following format is exactly what I used as professional QA tester before I started on Convoy, and I think it works very well:

Observed behaviour: (Explain what happens)
Game does not pause properly during combat when the MCV has low HP, only for a split second (or whatever is actually going on)

Expected behaviour: (Explain what you think should happen)
Game always pauses like normal during combat, regardless of MCV state (or whatever you think is right)

Repro steps: (How te reproduce, step by step)
1. Start game
2. Get your MCV to very low HP
3. Save&Exit
4. Resume
5. Attempt to pause, observe problem
It can also help if you have any footage of the issue. Sometimes error logs might also give clues to what the issue is.

You can post bug reports here, or send them to me: sander@convoy-games.com

I wouldn't worry too much about duplicate reports. If anything, duplicates give us an indication of how often a certain bug occurs.
Hi guys. What is the location of log files on linux? I have a problem that the game starts but only a black screen is shown. Sometimes a loading bar with text 'New text' appears but that is all. After a minute the window closes. Nothing is shown in terminal so I don't know if my system isn't missing anything. Truth is, I'm using Archlinux I know it is unsupported but any help would be appreciated.

There's a thread on this issue on the Steam forums: http://steamcommunity.com/app/318230/discussions/1/618463106371850616/

The log file is located here:
~/.config/unity3d/Convoy Games/Convoy/Player.log

What I'd like to know:
- Do you have an Nvidia video card?
- Do you have a multiple monitor setup?
Ok, this may be a little strange, but can you guys try to change the audio values in the .ini file from 0.99 to 1? We suspect there may be an issue with reading . and , on certain OS settings.

If this is the case, we can easily fix it in a patch but we'd like to know if this is actually the solution.

Actually that did it. After changing all audio values to 1 the game loaded. Oh, what marvellous mysteries of modern technology. :-) As for the previous questions I am using nvidia card:
OpenGL:
Version: OpenGL 4.5 [4.5.0 NVIDIA 352.09]
Renderer: GeForce GTX 760/PCIe/SSE2
Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
VRAM: 2048 MB
But no multiple monitor setup.

Anyway thanks for excellent work and fast response. Now I'm gonna go enjoy the game. What a lovely day.
When we start a game, if the 2nd car has 2 weapons, the popup tooltip of the weapon blinks, we can't read this small window. It's like the window if forbidden for it may go out the right border of the screen.
