Hi!!

Just watched the trailer for this and it kinds of reminds of Disgaea.
I'm wondering if there is a item leveling system like in Disgaea?

Ive only played a few hours of it, but no it does not seem like you can ever do that.

No item leveling. There is a very basic item crafting system, but no random battles to help you collect parts. You can buy some equipment from a store, but you're fairly limited as far as your choice of equipment goes.

It's fun and addictive, but don't expect much tactical depth.
