well correction, it's frozen. I can manuever around with an invisible mouse but haven't been able to actually play the game as it is difficult using an invisible mouse... windows 7 64bit. I tried compatibility troubleshooting but it wont even launch at all using that. anyone else going through this? I play on an UHDTV 4k resolution

- Right click on the Caesar iIV shortcut on your desktop, and then click on Property.
- Click on the 'Compatibility' tab.
- Under Compatibility Mode, check the box for 'Run this program in compatibility mode for :'
- Select 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3)'.
- Click on Apply at the bottom of the windows.
- Double-click on your Caesar IV icon to launch the game, then you should be able to see and use the mouse pointer in the game.
I'm also having this issue on Windows 10. Cannot find 'Compatibility' tab under Properties. Is there a fix within Galaxy?

This worked perfectly, thank you!
Didn't work on my system, unfortonately. :-(
OK, the trick is to have the display font size not higher than 125%.
