Pabluzcu: Im suffering from the same illness here :/

Ive tryied all that, still crazy-dragging when I hold W to walk and move the mouse around

I wonder if it has something to do with modern mouse-keyboard hardware?
Mine is logitech keyboard, with a logitech wireless mouse, the only thing I havent tryied yet is changing mouse-keyboard to test what happens

The game is downright unplayable for me like this, so I guess many people are not experiencing this "blessing", at least Im not alone in my predicament
I remember FEAR had a mouse problem with logitech devices, this was the fix that people used, it also works on other games, maybe it will help.

In addition to all that, I also capped my framerate at 30, which has also helped. I'm gonna give it a shot at 60, see how that treats me.

Indeed. Who knew the solution was going to be this simple?

Unfortunately that solution doesn't work for me.
How do you "cap" the frame rate? I don't see that option anywhere in the game or .ini file.

If you want to cap the framerate for 60fps just enable v-sync ...If not you can always use nvidia inspector to cap fps if you have an nvidia graphics card.
