Hi guys,

First off, we apologize for the delay in getting you the update for Blackwell Deception. We were catching up from the long holiday weekend here in Poland so things might have taken longer than usual.

We have uploaded a patch (PC) and a new installer (Mac) that feature the updated character portraits for The Blackwell Deception. Please check your game shelves the proper links :)

The update is not working for me and I never messed around with the original data files that came with the game...

Have you tried redownloading and reinstalling the game? In my case that solved it, because apparently I had too old version of the bundle installed and I had to install more recent version to get the patch work.

Where exactly is the link? I can't find it. I have downloaded the game itself only, are the "avatars" the patch? After seeing screenshots I'm quite sure that I prefer the old portrait style.

GOG no longer has the old installer, what you get, now, is the most recent installer with all patches included. Sadly, I think this game is too old for GOG to include a rollback via GOG Galaxy, but you could also try that.

Great. By "old" I meant "like in the earlier games", not "like in the first version of this game". Sorry for the confusion.
