Is 3d Acceleration working on INCUBATION?

I really don't fancy playing the sprite heavy version.

I've found an old Glide wrapper program, but of course can't test it until I have a copy of the game.

I was actually going to try it with my original CD version, but whilst the game installed, it would not recognise the cd for boot purposes, just bringing up the message " Copy protection". So that was that. I'm unable to test.

If anyone wants to try , search for this in google:- GlideWrapper084c.exe.

It looks like a VERY well made app, and is certainly well presented.

GlideWrapper works fine with the GOG version but you need to change the GOG registry entry for the game to use the -3dfx switch rather than the -directx switch.

On Win7 64bit it would be here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GOG.com\GOGBATTLEISLE3INCUBATION

Key is called "LAUNCHPARAM"
Also: When using this, use Alt+F4 to exit the game -- that way you avoid a crash to desktop.
