I just bought, downloaded and tried to open/play Battlechess, but I continue to get the message that something is wrong with the file and I need to trash it .. I did and re-downloaded it but same same.. What to do (or maybe - what am I doing wrong?)

Pls help

OS X 10.9.x? Try the second solution, Game "can't be opened because it was not downloaded from the Mac App Store". If it doesn't work try the first solution on that page.
