Quick hand is not actualy working as described. It says everything but Shields can be switched without AP penalty but the penalty occurs with crossbows. The penalty occurs in both directions.

Okay the Bug sporadically appears. Sometimes it will trigger after taking an action like shooting a crossbow bolt and sometimes not. Still switching to a Rondel Dagger and the Crossbow.

It sounds to me like a "rounding error". Perhaps something like shooting a crossbow takes 1.2 points and changing a crossbow for a sword takes 1.9 making 3.1. Whereas changing for a dagger might take only 1.4, totalling 2.6

If only the full numbers are displayed (first case: 3 second case: 2) it would appear "random".

Note: though I have the game, I have yet to play it past run - testing, so obviously the numbers above are just for discussion sake, not actual.

It happens most often after at least making one move or attacking one. Example... have crossbow, take one shot change to a billhock and now my AP is gone.

I do have to police myself because sometimes it happens and I am just on a character without the trait, but I still cannot tack down what is going on. I do know that if you change something once you cannot do it again without it costing you AP. So make sure you do not make any mistakes in a rush, that will cost you some AP.

You can only change one thing period. That is not the problem is it?
