JayGee7485: Well i can see both sides. Supporting DRM free games is good, but in this case there is still someone "lying" about release dates... Constantly...

Already preordered Walking Dead S3 on Steam. I'm sorry GoG...
I was contemplating the same thing. (Whether to buy Walking Dead S3 on GOG or Steam.) I ended up getting it on GOG. Ultimately, I don't think GOG is responsible for the delay. They more or less release it when they get it. It's got to be an issue with TellTale delaying the GOG release - which is a crap thing to do... but not GOGs fault.

Steam has also faced delays from TTG. The better move would be to wait for a few episodes to be released (ideally, the entire season) and then buy at a discount.
Steam Delay was about day. Now we have almost 3 days delay on GOG...

I don't blame GoG specifically as well... But maybe they should do something about it anyway... It's them who's probably losing profits because of TellTale.

I assure, I can see the bigger picture, allright, that's why I'm going to support GOG.com and use its platform. But if a particular developer is not able to deliver a given product on a given platform, I don't see a reason why I should pay there and endure the inconvenience of waiting while others get to play :P IMO if you speak with your wallet, it's a clear sign - look what happened to Batman Arkham Knight with all of the refunds and bad reviews. If there are so many problems with releasing a working version of the game in a timely manner on a given platform, maybe someone should think about it and make some conclusions.

I really don't mind waiting a bit longer but c'mon - you'd at least expect a short update from TTG anywhere saying "hey, we want to make sure the game works best for you, so there'll be a one week of delay". The lack of communication is the annoying part here and the worst thing is - it's not a one-off situation. As a customer, I don't want that. I get that sometimes unexpected bugs may happen and it's okay - but I think that it is only fair to publish a note about it for people who paid you money for delivering something at a time of your choosing. ;)
So, is the performance patch even coming to gog?
