So I'm chilling out in Chapter 8, everything's going good, Gromnir bit the dust and Yaga-Shura's baby brothers were no match for me, but his lair seems to be so difficult it just crashes my game.

In all seriousness though, I am in the marching mountains, and have cleared up to Yaga-Shura's lair, but when I click the boot wheel (or whatever it is) to go inside, it will save, show the loading screen for a brief moment and then the screen will go black and my computer makes the proverbial "you fucked up," ding.

I've tried waiting it out normally, it doesn't miraculously come back

I went into the Tactics mod, uninstalled "improved marching mountains" and "improved fire giants" just to see if those specific mods were causing the problem, but the same exact thing happens. Just goes to black, and shows my cursor paired with the "I'm loading as fast as I can," circle. Have to Ctrl+Alt+Delte out of it normally, really annoying, any ideas?

Also it has to be with the Area itself, I used CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("AR5200") (the marching mountains) and it goes just fine but 5201 (yaga-shura's lair)..... same response from my game :(

This is a known bug with Ascension / Tactics.

Turn your graphics down to the lowest possible when in the area and you should be fine.

Turned it all down to baby graphics and even found out the possibility of yaga05.cre and ysmage01.cre being possible reasons it would fuck up andddddddddddddd nothing, it's still crashing :(

Would it help to reinstall the whole game, or are your Pc doomed to forever more have this bugs, which i seem to have aswell.

When you say turn down the graphics do you mean inside the game or outside?
