Hey guys, I know this has been covered, but I still cannot get it to work. I followed the instructions here to get everything installed:

www.gog.com/forum/baldurs_gate_series/baldurs_gate_2_essential_mods?search=mac

Now I cannot figure out how to get widescreen installed. I used wineskin to run the widescreen.exe, but that still hasn't worked. I also tried the wine cmd menu, but there is no path to program files\blackisle\bgii - soa.

I'm not sure where to go from here, as the instructions on the OSX version of widescreen still say that it is not compatible with OSX, yet other posters have talked about using widescreen mod successfully. Thanks for your help.

I am not a Mac user, but I think you could try or [url=http://www.gog.com/forum/baldurs_gate_series/baldurs_gate_trilogy_on_mac_os_x_in_10_easy_steps]this.
(The latter is a guide to install Baldur's Gate Trilogy, but there are instructions to install mods too.)

Thank you. That sort of helped. If anyone is having the same problem make sure you delete all the other setup-***.exe files in the Baldur's Gate 2 folder or else it gets an error and will not install. After that, I copied over the widescreen.exe and installed using the wineskin command line.
