In the tweak pack I believe there is an option for romance cheats, such as multiple romances and nothing kills romances -- I'm pretty sure it's the tweak pack, but I could be wrong. It does exist, though.

Thanks! Out of curiosity, is there any way to get the widescreen mod to work with bgt? When I use it, it's just zoomed in hugely on the top-left corner of the screen, and I can't fix it.

You don't need the widescreen mod with BGT. Run BGConfig.exe and enable the unsupported resolutions.
