Disable Morphological Filtering in your ATI card settings.

Thanks, I'll try it.
1.Buy video card by NVIDIA.
Or
2. Buy a computer with an Intel processor, it has an excellent built-in graphics. Most games are going well on computers with accessories INTEL.
