What do i need to do to make this game english-lingued?

I have to ask it: what the hell is "english-lingued"?

I tried to say the game in english :D.

You can select the language of the installer you download in your game shelve. Switch it to english and redownload, that should do the trick.

There is also another way where you need to replace your dialog.tlk file with an english one that fits your installation (essentially taking all mods into account you may have installed) and download all the english sound files to replace the localized ones but that is probably more work than simply downloading the installer again, assuming you can even find replacement sound files. :)
