HI, I know that games are localized in italian language too, but in the description of the game there isn't this information. someone know if is possible set italian language in game? maybe people that already bought BG EE can see if in the option is present italian?

Neither Baldur's Gate:Enhanced Edition nor Baldur's Gate 2:Enhanced Edition have install files in Italian. However, BG1:EE supports the Italian Language in the game itself. BG2:EE does not support the Italian language at all. I hope this answers your questions.
