I had it running last night in windowed mode, but it kept crashing on me so I tried to disable my integrated card and it mage a big mess but anyway....

Now when I try to run it, the configuration screen comes up and I select OK and the game tries to start up but never gets around to it.

I am running Windows 7 Home x64 w/ nVidia GTS 310M+Intel HD Optimus. I think it may have something to do with nVidia but I' not sure.

Can anyone PLEASE help me?? I really wanted to play this game after reading about it.

I don't think its a Win 7 or an Nvidia thing, unless its specific to the actual card and drivers that you use.

I've got Win 7 64bit and a Nvidia card and BG2 installed and ran just fine for me.

Did you try right clicking and running as administrator?

Did you Set compatibility settings to Windows XP SP2?
