So, about BG2 Tweaks... what if you have to re-install BG2 and you forgot which tweaks you installed.

Does it mess up your save games?

If you haven't already uninstalled BG2, you can save a copy of your WeiDU.log & it will show you what tweaks you have installed.

Adding or removing some mods, or even installing them in a different order can mess up your saved games.
If BG2 Tweaks is the only mod you installed then you won't have to worry about the order.
Ah, cool.

I also installed BG2Fixes.

But thanks.
On the subject of BG2 Tweaks, I would strongly recommend against installing the "TOB-Style NPCs" component. It completely screwed up at least two (so far) of the recruitable NPCs in my game, nerfing their experience levels and weapon proficiencies, and requiring me to edit the saves in Shadow Keeper to correct them. Not a big hassle, but some people may not even realize they are bugged!

(Korgan, for example, should have 5 stars in Axe and 2 or 3 in War Hammer when he joins. Instead he only had 1 in each, and leveling him up only gave 1 to spend, completely screwing his grand master status. He was not happy, as you can imagine :D )

Yeah, I avoided installing that one.

Wow, that's terrible.

As others have said, if only BG2 Tweaks is installed, the order of the components should not matter. Just make sure all the components are there. If you miss some, there is the potential of problems, small though it may be.

If you still have your old game weidu.log file, just open it in any text editor (notepad, wordpad, etc.) for a list of all components and order of install you had. Especially if you have more than BG2 Tweaks installed. Print a copy and re-install your mods in the same order.
Thanks! :)
